Who We Are
At Gold Vine, we believe in being the place โWhere Every Familyโs Journey Takes Root.โ
We are a family-owned, BCBA-led organization providing compassionate, ethical ABA therapy to children ages 2โ14 in a supportive clinic environment. Because we are clinician-led, our decisions are guided by clinical quality and staff well-beingโnot just numbers. At Gold Vine, you aren't just an employee; you are a valued part of our family.
Why Join Gold Vine ABA?
Too many RBTs feel overworked, unsupported, and stressed by unpredictable schedules. We built our clinic model to change that. When you join our team, you can expect:
Scheduling Stability: Say goodbye to session cancellations ruining your paycheck. We offer consistent hours and reliable clinic schedules.
In-Person BCBA Support: Our BCBAs are right there in the clinic with you. They are ready to step in, answer questions, or provide hands-on guidance when you need itโyou will work side by side with your lead.
Strong Support & Mentorship: Extra supervision, open communication, and tailored training during your first 90 days to ensure you feel confident.
Healthy Work Culture: Realistic responsibilities, clear expectations, and a positive, family-friendly environment where your voice is not only heard, but encouraged and welcomed. We value your feedback to continue improving.
Professional Growth: Clear opportunities to advance your career within the field of ABA and our support right alongside you.
What Youโll Do
As an RBT, you will work directly with children in our clinic, helping them build meaningful skills through individualized ABA therapy.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior. You'll be taught to safely manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors without the frustration or constant overwhelm.
Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
Collect and accurately document real-time data on client progress.
Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.
