Clinic Based RBTs are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), working directly with clients to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You will also participate in regular team meetings, discuss client progress, and may occasionally interact with families to provide updates or support. To thrive as a Clinic Based RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), you need a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, completion of the RBT certification, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
