Clinic Based RBTs are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), working directly with clients to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Daily tasks often include running structured activities, collecting and recording behavioral data, preparing materials for therapy sessions, and collaborating with clinical supervisors and other team members. You will also participate in regular team meetings, discuss client progress, and may occasionally interact with families to provide updates or support. To thrive as a Clinic Based RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), you need a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, completion of the RBT certification, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Familiarity with data collection software, electronic health records, and behavior intervention protocols is typically required. Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills help RBTs build positive therapeutic relationships and support clinical goals. These competencies are essential for effectively implementing treatment plans and ensuring the best outcomes for clients in a clinical environment.

At Early Autism Services, we provide the training needed to build your career and grow your skills as an RBT. You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client’s home or other community-based setting. What You’ll Do

What You Need
● RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
