Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support skill development and meaningful behavior change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Prior experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or behavioral health
