Amigo Care Aba is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd), especially within the Latino community. Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Position Type: Part-Time | In-Home Services
Location: Reisterstown, Md
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 Pm – 8:00 Pm
Start Your Career In Aba — No Experience Required We provide paid training and hands-on support to help you become a registered behavior technician (Rbt).

Flexible Scheduling This role is ideal for college students, parents, or individuals looking for meaningful part-time work. We work to match your availability with client schedules that fit your lifestyle and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 Aba therapy to children with autism in their homes
- Follow behavior intervention plans developed by a Bcba
- Collect and document session data accurately
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure consistency and progress
- Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Reliable transportation required (rideshare services not accepted)
- Passion for working with children and making a positive impact

Work Location: In-person | Client homes in the Reisterstown area
