We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with the climbing community in a leadership position.
This position is an ideal opportunity to execute and refine professional skills, experience challenges that support personal growth, and build lifelong connections in a positive environment.
As the leader of the Climbing Team, your days will be filled with challenges, surprises, and laughter. Cultivating growth within this department in a health club isn't easy!
We are looking for a self-starter who will balance their passion for people and climbing with design and execution of a solid business plan. Our ideal candidate will support current programs and personnel, add new revenue streams, and attract new clients and members to the club. This person will embody a whatever-it-takes mindset and view challenges as an exciting part of leading the department!
Compensación: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
