• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs, setting the foundation for tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and treatment documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions and participate in ongoing training to enhance your professional competencies.
• Remain current with industry research and trends in the mental health field, integrating new insights into practice to improve client outcomes.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in every aspect of your practice.

As an LMFT at Prosperity Transitions, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing relational challenges, children, adolescents, and families dealing with conflict, trauma, and mental health issues. Your role is pivotal in assisting clients to develop healthier relationships and coping mechanisms, directly contributing to their emotional and psychological well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in California, demonstrating your qualifications to provide therapy services.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on family dynamics and substance abuse therapy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

• Experience working with diverse populations and varying socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• A background in community outreach or crisis intervention is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
