• Conduct one-on-one individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and ethical space for clients to explore their mental health concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to develop effective, individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.
• From anxiety management to coping strategies, guide clients through the discovery of insights into their emotions, relationships, and life situations.

Your primary focus will be working with stable and low-acuity adults who seek to improve their mental health through teletherapy. Your work will help clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues, providing them with the tools they need for resilience.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in California as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy effectively remotely, or willingness to engage with teletherapy tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• A deep commitment to delivering culturally competent care to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is preferred, including familiarity with video conferencing platforms.
• Exposure to a variety of treatment modalities, particularly solution-based approaches.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the impact of socio-cultural factors on mental health.
