Description:

Finance Manager partners with business operations to provide financial insight through actionable business analytics, business planning, and fact-based recommendations that will assist the company to achieve its strategic goals and priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, review, consolidate, and complete the planning process including long-range plans, annual operating budgets, forecasts and risks, and opportunities for business partners.

  • Perform actual results variance analysis vs. budget analysis forecast.

  • Work with business partners to establish Standard Costs for budgeting and management of P&Ls to help drive financial accountability and insight.

  • Oversee analysis and post-audit tracking of strategic initiatives, including development of supporting discounted cash flow models and expected outcomes.

  • Manage, mentor, and oversee the work of other financial analysts.

  • Identify areas for margin expansion, including the performance of fixed/variable contribution margin analysis, and utilization of equipment, labor, etc.

  • Lead financial reviews with location, area, and executive level management and assist in interpreting financial results.

  • Collaborate with finance team as well as cross-functionally with various business units.

  • Travel to CCI Corporate headquarters as required for trainings, business meetings and interaction with leadership.

  • Oversee and train Financial Analysts to create optimization of processes, procedures, and documentation for continuity and best practices.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • High moral and ethical standards.

  • Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles and practices, and financial forecasting.

  • Demonstrated experience using business models, budget comparisons, and forecasting.

  • Effectively communicate financial information verbally and in writing.

  • Able to collaborate with other team members and senior executives.

  • Strong financial modeling skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated experience leading a team.

Education and Certificates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field.

  • Master’s degree in related field or MBA preferred.

  • CPA preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work, occasionally requiring moving up to 10lbs.

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment.

  • Inside, climate-controlled working conditions.
