This position leans heavily toward operations and project execution, with an emphasis on production coordination, process management, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Planning & Order Management (Primary Focus)
•    Plan, coordinate, and manage customer orders and production workflows from entry through delivery and billing.
•    Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand, capacity, and timelines.
•    Review and process orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and requirements.
•    Track order and project progress, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
•    Maintain accurate work-in-progress (WIP) tracking and support timely billing and reconciliation.
•    Coordinate closely with production, sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
•    Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery.
•    Maintain accurate data across internal systems to support planning and reporting.
•    Support quoting and pricing activities as needed to align planning with customer requirements.

Operational Communication & Execution
•    Serve as a central point of coordination between customers, production, sales, and internal departments.
•    Provide timely updates on order status, production schedules, risks, and delays.
•    Resolve discrepancies, customer concerns, and operational issues efficiently.
•    Ensure all documentation and communication are accurate, complete, and aligned across teams.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting
•    Analyze workflows, production data, and order trends to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
•    Generate and review operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
•    Support inventory reconciliation and operational audits.
•    Contribute to process improvements focused on scalability, accuracy, and throughput.

Qualifications

Education
•    College diploma or coursework in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
•    Equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience
•    2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, production planning, or manufacturing environment.
•    Experience in packaging or consumer goods industry is strongly preferred.
•    Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems required.

Skills & Competencies
•    Strong operational mindset with focus on process efficiency and execution.
•    Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
•    High attention to detail and data accuracy.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
•    Ability to work cross-functionally with production, sales, and leadership teams.
•    Self-starter with strong accountability and follow-through.
•    Experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.

Language
•    Fluent in English (written and verbal).
•    Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment
•    Office-based, climate-controlled environment with frequent interaction with production teams.
•    Fast-paced, operations-driven environment with time-sensitive deliverables.
•    Occasional physical activity may be required (e.g., inventory checks).

Why Join Us?
•    Play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and project success.
•    High-impact position with visibility across production and leadership teams.
•    Opportunity to grow into advanced operations, planning, or project management roles.
