Mission

The Process Technician Internship reports to the Operations Manager and works with the outside and blending Process Technicians. It is responsible to make sure all tasks are carried out to safely operate the EOR, MOR, MVR, utilities and the blending unit. This position is located at our Minetta location in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate will be able to perform all duties of the Process Tech and additionally must be able to:

Operate the board for: EOR, MOR, MVR, Utilities and Blending Unit which includes, but not limited:

  • Start-up
  • Normal Operation
  • Shutdown
  • Emergency shutdown

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Actively pursuing a degree and/or certification in Process Technology.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability preferred

Work with outside Process Technician to execute, but not limited:

  • Unit rounds
  • Line-ups
  • Product loading
  • Raw material unloading
  • Troubleshooting
