What You'll Own
  • Be the Cost Detective: Analyze raw materials, labor, and inventory to uncover insights that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Bridge Finance and Operations: Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Purchasing to develop machine costing and support new product initiatives.
  • Master the Data: Own monthly production data analysis from our SAP ERP system and ensure accurate revenue recognition for automation projects.
  • Lead with Precision: Maintain fixed assets, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support audits with detailed schedules and roll-forwards.
  • Support Innovation: Help planners close production orders, track labor hours, and manage internal projects that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting (CMA or MBA a plus!)
  • 3-5 years of cost accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or automation environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • A collaborative spirit and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
