Team Overview
The Client Executive III is responsible for driving growth, retention, and strategic account management within the Financial Services industry by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering across internal teams to deliver value, expand solutions, and support long-term customer success. This role will report directly to the Sales Director.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts by building relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities across TransUnion solutions.
  • Lead account planning, business reviews, and sales meetings by coordinating cross-functional resources and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Industry Executives and internal teams to drive product adoption, retention, and account expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate by developing a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and market position.
  • Identify usage gaps and growth opportunities with Client Value Executives to support customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • Minimum of 5 years selling, consulting and/or business development within the financial services industry
  • Enterprise account experience in a matrix environment with expertise in navigating large complex organizations, identifying buyers, influencers, and closing business within Financial Services
  • Proven client engagement skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, deal-making and negotiating and closing business
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills. Articulate, persuasive, and engaging communication style. Ability to be extremely persistent in a pleasant and professional fashion
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, business related preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed - approximately twice a month (30%)

Pay Scale Information:
The pay range for this position is $94,000.00 - $185,000 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
