Client Services II Support

Client Services II Support role is a customer service role that directly interfaces with customers in a technical capacity providing IT support on a day-to-day basis for NJ based sites via phone, deskside and support Kiosk. The technician must be a self-starter and have the ability to follow directions and at times technicians be required to travel to different sites as needed to provide support.

The roles reports directly to the IT Manager/Lead of the site.

The candidate should have the following skill sets in a support capacity (Customer Service, troubleshooting and configuration):
