Job description

Client Account Manager

Relationship Management | Client Success | Business Operations

Are you someone who builds strong relationships, solves problems, and makes sure things actually get done?

We're looking for a Client Account Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of clients and help ensure they have an exceptional experience with our company.

At Advanced Rehab Management Services, we're a growing healthcare technology company. Through our proprietary BOOST platform, we help physical therapy providers maximize reimbursement on Workers' Compensation and Auto claims—helping them increase revenue and grow their practices.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in account management, customer success, client services, or another relationship-focused role who enjoys being the person clients trust to find answers and move things forward.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Lead regular client check-ins, status meetings, and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor account activity and identify potential concerns before they become larger issues
  • Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve client needs
  • Track open items and take ownership of follow-through from start to finish
  • Review account trends and identify opportunities to improve client engagement and results
  • Support client retention, renewals, and re-engagement efforts
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and reporting

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field
  • Have 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, customer service, or a related role
  • Are a strong communicator who enjoys building professional relationships
  • Take ownership and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Are proactive and comfortable identifying problems before someone asks
  • Can manage multiple client needs and priorities at the same time
  • Are comfortable reviewing data and using it to understand what's happening within an account
  • Work well across departments and know how to drive an issue toward resolution
  • Are comfortable learning new technology and systems

Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
