Client Support Associate

Full-Time | In Person

Overview

Join our service team as a Client Support Associate and play a key role in guiding customers through automotive glass repair and replacement. You will be the friendly voice and reliable resource many customers depend on when dealing with vehicle glass needs. This in-person, full-time position offers paid training and the chance to develop skills in customer relations, scheduling, and operations.

The position emphasizes delivering clear information, coordinating services efficiently, and making the overall customer journey simple and stress-free. If you enjoy solving problems and maintaining strong attention to detail, this role provides meaningful hands-on experience and room to grow.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
  • Gather information about each customer's situation and determine the best course of action
  • Describe repair and replacement options in plain, customer-friendly language
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers and technicians
  • Assist customers with understanding insurance procedures when required
  • Follow up to confirm appointment attendance and service completion
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in company software
  • Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Keep tasks organized from intake to resolution and escalate issues when needed
  • Support team objectives while delivering excellent customer care

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers frequently and enjoys helping people find practical solutions.
