Senior Associate - Private Client

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Private Client team. As a trusted advisor to high net worth individuals, you will provide expert guidance on advanced estate, gift, and GST tax planning, as well as trust and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high net worth individuals, including advanced tax planning strategies

• Draft and review complex estate planning documents, such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney

• Assist with trust and estate administration, including managing complex projects and assignments

• Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in private client services, with a focus on estate, gift, and GST tax planning

• Excellent academic and professional credentials, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
