Position Details
What You Will Do 

The Life Advisory Insurance Support Associate is the first point of contact for clients to answer questions, provide updates on their applications, and resolve any issues that arise during the underwriting process. They will also assist the life insurance sales team by preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on pending cases.

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is current and accurate
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
  • Contact clients for renewal of Accidental Death and Health Plans
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights
Who You Are 
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Obtained or currently in progress of obtaining Insurance License 
  • Currently in the insurance industry or new graduates with the desired degrees or licenses 
  • Desire to grow in the life insurance industry
