WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, supporting account teams, and promoting our AV products and services. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of customer service and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels to uncover opportunities and build relationships.
  • Sales Support: Provide commercial support to customers, Account Managers, and Sales Directors. Assist with Salesforce management and collaborate on forecasting.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of AV products and services. Communicate features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads from various sources to determine sales potential.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging virtual presentations and demos, addressing client needs and showcasing AV solutions.
  • Closing Sales: Drive the closure of sales orders and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
  • CRM Mastery: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records, manage leads, and track sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external sales teams and technical experts to resolve customer queries.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and improve strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical aptitude and quick learning of AV products and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Previous experience in audiovisual technology sales.
