Job description

ISO an energetic and articulate Agency Account Manager!

Hello LinkedIn Fam, I am the CEO of a 23 year old digital marketing agency - and we are upleveling and expanding nationally.

While we've had great success taking junior and mid-level client facing individuals to their next career move, what we need now is a proficient and qualified individual to jump in and hit the ground running. Maybe even add some innovation to this ever-changing world we operate in.

Do you know someone? It's a remote position with a few in-person retreats on the horizon.

Full role description and a bit about our culture here: anchorwave.com/career/client-success-coordinator/

Are you passionate about marketing and people?

Does your enthusiasm naturally show up as connection, curiosity, and the ability to bond with others around what makes people tick? Do you also find yourself constantly thinking about marketing strategy, website performance, social media messaging, and what drives real consumer behavior change?

If so, weโ€™d love to meet you.

Weโ€™re looking for a Client Success Coordinator (CSC) who serves as the human connector between small business owners, internal teams, and marketing strategy execution.

This role is designed for someone with at least 5 years of experience working in a marketing agency environment in a client-facing role, such as account management, client success, marketing consulting, or strategy coordination. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting website strategy, digital campaigns, and social media marketing, and understands how these channels work together to drive results.

This position blends client consulting, strategic thinking, and strong marketing writing to guide clients from Point A to Point B with clarity, confidence, and measurable outcomes.

The CSC is empowered to guide strategy, make recommendations, and advocate for what will best serve each clientโ€™s goals. They stay organized and clearly articulate strategy through well-written briefs, emails, presentations, website messaging, landing page copy, and social media campaign messaging. Strategic copywriting and marketing clarity are core skills of this role.

In this role, youโ€™ll interview clients to uncover key insights, goals, and challenges, transforming those discoveries into clear marketing strategies.

Youโ€™ll also report back on results, data, and outcomes, continuously consulting with clients to refine strategy and improve performance. Ultimately, you are accountable for ensuring clients feel clear, confident, and supported while achieving measurable marketing progress.

This is not a traditional customer service role. This position is for a marketing-minded consultant and strategic communicator who thrives in client-facing strategy, execution, and writing-driven clarity.

The ideal candidate loves marketing fundamentals like developing buyer personas, crafting compelling website and social messaging, addressing customer pain points, and overcoming common objections through thoughtful strategy and messaging.

Just as importantly, you love people. Youโ€™re energized by real conversations, comfortable hopping on phone or Zoom calls, and skilled at writing emails that feel genuine, clear, and engaging.

Youโ€™re a strategic thinker with agency experience, highly organized, collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to grow. You are excited about both local and national brands. You thrive in a team environment and take pride in helping clients succeed through meaningful connection and smart marketing strategy.

  • Last but not least, you embrace the opportunity of exuding HUMANITY while simultaneously intrigued by automations/agents and ai leverage. Our culture is wildly authentic, and cares about the full person. 9-5 is too big of a time frame to not be living life to the fullest during those hours as well.
