Caregiver Success Manager & HR
Seneca, SC
$18-$20/hour Starting Pay + Bonuses + Additional On-Call Pay
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

At Home Instead, we believe great care starts with great caregivers. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and organized Caregiver Success Manager / HR Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, caregiver engagement, and retention efforts for our growing team.
This is a people-focused leadership role where you will help caregivers feel supported, confident, and successful from day one - while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and families in our community.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Hiring
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and hire top-quality caregivers
  • Build relationships with schools, job fairs, and community organizations

Onboarding & Orientation
  • Coordinate applicant paperwork and onboarding requirements
  • Lead engaging caregiver orientations and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead and DHEC standards

Caregiver Support & Retention
  • Guide caregivers through their first 30 days using our Caregiver Success Path
  • Conduct first-shift introductions and caregiver check-ins
  • Provide coaching, encouragement, accountability, and support
  • Build strong caregiver relationships and improve retention

Quality Assurance & Leadership
  • Conduct in-home caregiver quality assurance visits
  • Address performance concerns professionally and consistently
  • Collaborate closely with scheduling and leadership teams
  • Help create a positive, supportive office culture

On-Call Rotation
  • Participate in one scheduled on-call week each month
  • Handle overnight and weekend caregiver/client calls
  • Additional compensation provided for on-call responsibilities

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and office technology
  • Previous recruiting, HR, home care, or office experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Willingness to travel locally for caregiver support and client visits
