Job description

Resource Innovations is seeking an/a Client Success Manager (Compliance) to join our growing team in Boston, MA. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Manager (Compliance) with a strong background in data analysis and client coordination to join our dynamic team. As an/a Client Success Manager (Compliance) you will build strong client relationships, lead compliance-focused program reviews, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, manage project deliverables, and present actionable recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring client objectives are achieved.
  • Reviews compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Develops and manages project plans, tracks deliverables, and coordinates stakeholders to ensure initiatives and action items are completed on schedule.
  • Presents compliance reviews, key findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyzes program performance data and compliance findings to recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity.
  • Balances multiple client priorities and facilitates collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive successful program outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience analyzing business, operational, compliance, or program data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Preferred skills, education and experience
  • Experience supporting utility, energy efficiency, clean energy, rebate, or compliance programs.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar tools to review dashboards and interpret data-driven insights.
  • Experience facilitating client-facing meetings and presenting analytical findings and recommendations to executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $55,000- $75,300. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
