Role: Client Success Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to support the successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term success of enterprise clients. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact after the sales process, partnering with internal teams and customers to ensure a smooth transition from implementation through ongoing account support.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys managing multiple projects at once. The right candidate will bring strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and implementation efforts for enterprise clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with client expectations.
  • Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and project deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout onboarding and ongoing implementation activities.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and other internal teams to coordinate successful project execution.
  • Facilitate client meetings, implementation calls, status updates, and business reviews.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate account lifecycle activities including onboarding, service expansions, billing updates, renewals, and operational changes.
  • Maintain organized account documentation, implementation records, and client materials across internal systems.
  • Utilize CRM and project management platforms to manage workflows, reporting, and account activity.
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, onboarding materials, training documentation, and status reports.
  • Support user adoption, training initiatives, and ongoing client success efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Required Background
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
