Position Summary

This position requires local residency. We will consider only candidates currently living in the Atlanta, GA area. Relocation assistance is not available.

As a Director of Client Success reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will manage key client stakeholder relationships and ensure the value realization of the Curae Patient Financial Access Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer requirements, and compliance regulations to help clients optimize financial performance and reduce revenue-cycle inefficiencies by leveraging the Curae platform. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, can indirectly manage client and partner resources, and can identify risks to the Curae program. Curae is a fun, fast-paced environment that supports creativity and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships, understanding their revenue cycle needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns or issues.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings to discuss performance metrics, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate and upsell available Curae platform products.
  • Manage all contract amendments and pricing conversations.
  • Understand client workflows and ensure solutions fit their specific needs.
  • Work with clients to implement best practices and processes that align with regulatory requirements and maximize reimbursement.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Curae platform ROI.
  • Generate regular reports to assess the financial health of the clientโ€™s revenue cycle and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve financial outcomes and drive client success.
  • Work closely with the operations, sales, and product teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
  • Share client feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:Experience:
  • A BS/BA degree in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Management, or something similar) is strongly preferred.
  • PMP or similar
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle technology and/or services is preferred.
  • Client-facing project management.
  • Experience with EHRs preferred (i.e., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
  • 10+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., change management, process improvement, project management, technical operations).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with teams.
  • Experienced in data and process flow diagramming.
  • Experienced in creating project management tools and dashboards and automating task management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
