Position Description:
The Client Success Advisor is responsible to deploy Informativ software effectively and efficiently to our customers, working as a key implementation team member, training all customers onsite and remotely.
Position Responsibilities amp; Essential functions:
  • Delivers classroom training both onsite and in the regional classroom, providing training needs assessment, course development and instruction for the installation and ongoing use of INFORMATIV products.
  • Provides training on a range of INFORMATIV software products, tools, support and practical set-ups found at typical client sites.
  • Gains expert operating knowledge of assigned products while researching activities through customer visits, interviews, reading relevant documents and attending classes.
  • Coordinates training materials, meets project deadlines and quality requirements, delivers training packages and provides support for existing training materials.
  • Develops training goals and course content standards and guidelines that will be used in training and makes recommendations to management on needed additions/changes to them.
  • Training dealership accounting personnel and other personnel on the utilizing INFORMATIV DMS in a Retail Automotive Dealership 
  • Learning and delivering Training Processes to effectively execute the installation training
  • Efficiently complete all required training, reporting, signoffs, and other administrative items prior to deadlines.
  • Continuously upgrade training and product skillsets to stay current and expand your knowledge.
  • Plan travel and expenses according to guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate ideas for improvement.
  • Participate in installations, support requests, and training execution to assure quality control in training.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise by engaging key stake holders to understand business requirements and identify product and product setup requirements.
  • Guide and advise the customer in terms of best practice operational processes and system usage practices to achieve best ROI for the selected product set
  • Establish the base software installation pack and configure the system to operate as expected.
  • Perform system integration testing, escalating any issues to manager.
  • Manage and execute data migration activities (if required) to ensure the existing customer data is imported, validated, and signed off by the customer prior to go-live.
  • Verify with the client through UAT (user acceptance testing,) that the system is configured correctly
  • Execute the cut-over to production on the agreed go-live date
  • Provide on-site support to end users to guide, advise, train, and verify that users are able to undertake their roles using the products.
  • Perform and complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience working in an automotive or SaaS industry.
  • 100% Travel Required
Qualifications amp; Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years software training experience
  • Experience with executing customer-facing implementation or product delivery projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and balancing competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
