Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Scottsdale office.

The Account Manager serves as a primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, building strong relationships while driving client success, retention, and account growth. This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. They should be confident presenting solutions, managing client expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and working cross-functionally to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of VIIRL’s products, services, and pricing structures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client launches
  • Build, analyze, and present custom reports using VIIRL’s platform suite
  • Develop long-term client relationships from onboarding through ongoing strategy and support
  • Work closely with internal teams to help clients optimize product and service performance
  • Analyze sales KPIs, performance trends, growth and churn metrics, and upsell opportunities while providing recommendations for improvements
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for existing and new products by presenting tailored growth strategies for each client
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Maintain low client churn by proactively identifying at-risk accounts, resolving concerns, and guiding clients toward success
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to develop and execute high-performing client campaigns
  • Present KPIs and campaign performance updates to managers while consistently meeting deadlines, budgets, and sales goals
  • Maintain accurate client records and account activity within CRM

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, including Yelp, Google Ads, Facebook, Thumbtack, and Angi
  • Proven client account management and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding growth and revenue goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment
