We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager of Client Success within our Central Region. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a high-performing team of Client Success Managers focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, maximizing retention, and accelerating revenue growth.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Central Client Success, you will be a proactive, solution-oriented leader with a strong sales and operator mindset who uplifts the team, brings fresh ideas, and builds lasting client relationships. Youโ€™ll collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to maximize client value and align client success strategies with business goals, driving measurable impact and growth in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Lead and Develop: Manage and grow a high-performing Client Success team of 4-6 individual contributors, through coaching and a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
  • Strategic Consulting: Empower the team to act as trusted advisors, guiding clients toward business goals through data-driven media strategies and a customer-first mindset.
  • Drive Growth: Oversee client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle, focusing on retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth through strategic planning and proactive issue resolution.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable workflows and operational best practices to increase efficiency, team effectiveness, consistency, and client impact.
  • Problem Solve & Represent: Act as an escalation point for complex client issues
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across departments to ensure alignment between client needs, Nexxenโ€™s offerings, and strategic business priorities.
  • Data-Led Decisions: Use data and insights to track KPIs, identify performance trends, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Product Mastery: Maintain deep knowledge of Nexxenโ€™s full product suite across channels to maximize client value.
  • Deliver Results: Execute your strategy to deliver measurable gains in client satisfaction, revenue growth, renewal rates, upsells, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, ad tech, or digital media, with a strong background in client services, account management, or media sales.
  • 2+ years managing teams, with a proven record of hiring, mentoring, motivating and scaling talent.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale strategic accounts and campaign budgets ($100M+), with clear success in revenue growth and client retention.
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising, CTV, and digital media platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skillsโ€”grounded in operational rigor and a bias for action.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on innovation and scalable success.
