Client Service Specialist - Employee Benefits
Hybrid (Flexible) | Local to Greenville, South Carolina

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Service Excellence
  • Serve as a primary resource for employee benefit questions, claims issues, eligibility concerns, billing inquiries, and benefit administration support
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service while building strong client relationships
  • Assist with open enrollment activities and employee communications

Operational & Compliance Excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency management and benefits administration systems
  • Support client implementations, renewals, billing reconciliations, and ongoing service requests
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of administrative processes

Growth & Retention
  • Contribute to positive client experiences that support retention and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and drive operational efficiency
  • Support special projects and initiatives that enhance overall client success

QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to obtain a Life & Health License within six months of employment
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, or client service functions
  • Experience with benefits administration or agency management systems
