Job description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking Client Success professionals with in-depth experience guiding and supporting IT projects and client product delivery. This will be a hybrid role based in the greater Columbia, SC, offering ample room for growth and professional development within the PMO. 
The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, working as a liaison between the business units and technical teams to identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, product success, and costs for delivery. 
Duties:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business systems analyst, and project managers to define business needs and develop business and functional requirements.
  • Build and manage on-going relationships with the client, inspiring trust between all parties and identifying opportunities to strengthen communications.
  • Provide regular updates to the client on the delivery process as well as recommendations on how to optimize product success and associated costs. 
  • Support the technical teams by prioritizing and escalating workflows, ensuring delivery requirements and SLAs are understood, and assisting in addressing roadblocks in the process. 
  • Track milestones and performance criteria, communicating concerns with 3rd party vendors and technical teams to proactively develop a solution. 
  • Monitor costs of delivery and licensing, identifying opportunities to save the client and organization money.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both business processes and products.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth experience in client facing roles to support IT Projects
  • Proven experience building client relationships 
  • work with business and functional system requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
