Lead Strategic Food Service Operations at Hackensack Meridian Health NEW SALE! Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 (Single Client) to lead food service operations across Hackensack Meridian Health in Central and North New Jersey.

Based in Edison, Hackensack Meridian Health is New Jersey's largest integrated health network, encompassing academic medical centers, acute care hospitals, and research facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

In this strategic role, you'll serve as the face of the partnership, ensuring high performance, innovation, and accountability at every level all while championing safety, talent development, and sustainable results.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $161585 - $209110

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
