As a Product Manager at CareBridge, you will define, build, and enhance product capabilities that support one of CareBridge's core service lines. You will partner closely with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver high-quality product solutions that improve workflows, strengthen data quality, and create value for our customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Product Management experience and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and technically curious Product Manager with experience delivering healthcare technology solutions. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled at collaborating across teams, and passionate about solving complex challenges that improve care delivery and outcomes.

Location: Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. How will you make an impact:

  • Conduct product discovery through stakeholder feedback, workflow analysis, data review, and market or client research.

  • Translate business, clinical, operational, and client needs into clear product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Evaluate trade-offs across scope, timeline, quality, operational impact, and customer value to inform product priorities.

  • Own day-to-day execution for features and enhancements from concept through delivery.

  • Support quality delivery by maintaining product documentation, validating expected functionality, and identifying risks or blockers early.

  • Build strong relationships with engineering, clinical, operations, and client success stakeholders.

  • Communicate product priorities, requirements, release plans, risks, and status updates clearly and consistently.

  • Prepare materials and updates for leadership, operational, and client-facing discussions as needed.

Minimum requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, including minimum of 2 years' experience in solutions management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Healthcare Product Management experience within a payer, provider, digital health, or value-based care environment.

  • Experience managing products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.

  • Experience working with Agile teams and product management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub Projects).

  • Familiarity with wireframing and product analytics tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Mixpanel, Freshpaint, Chameleon).

  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, HCBS/LTSS, care management, or clinical decision support products.

  • SQL and data analysis experience.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Client Success teams.

  • This is a virtual role open to qualified candidates nationwide.
