Job description

At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include:

  • Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes

  • Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed

  • Attend client meetings

  • Assist with onsite timekeeping

  • Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met

  • Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.

  • Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Option 1 - 5pm to 1:30am

Option 2 - 6pm to 2:20am
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.


Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
