About This Role

Client Success Advocate exists to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients so they understand, trust, and continue to choose Redirect Health for their employees and families.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams
  • Be responsible for client retention, renewal success, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business
  • Directly impact the growth and stability of Redirect Health by helping clients and their employees fully understand and use their healthcare benefits

This is an ideal role for someone who:

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Own: Ongoing client relationships, renewals, and retention for an assigned group of clients
  • Support: Clients and members by helping them understand and navigate their healthcare benefits and resolve benefit-related challenges
  • Collaborate with: Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams
  • Improve: Renewal outcomes, enrollment growth, and client experience by using data, feedback, and proactive communication
  • Advocate for: Clients and their employees by representing their needs and feedback across Redirect Health teams

A strong performer in this role is known for:

  • Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and brokers

  • Consistently improving renewal, enrollment, and satisfaction results
