Job description

Description

Tiny Spoon Chef is actively looking for a Client Success Manager to become a valuable

part of our team!

Why This Role Matters

We're more than just a culinary service; we're culinary nerds who turn food into pure

magic! Our secret ingredient? A team of Client Success Managers who make sure our

client experience is nothing short of extraordinary. You will work closely with our culinary

team to identify client needs, provide exceptional support, and develop long-term

provided with a respectful and joyful workplace.

Client communication is paramount at TSC. You will assess incoming client

communication, leads, and questions and determine what comes next. You will reach

out to existing clients for client retention check-ins and work with our chefs to support

lasting client relationships.

Role Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) owns the client relationship from the moment a new client is handed off by the Sales team. The CSM is accountable for client experience, retention, communication, and reengagement - making sure every client is supported, gets consistent value from their chef, and chooses to stay with Tiny Spoon Chef for the long term.

The CSM is equal parts relationship manager, problem-solver, and client advocate. The CSM works to build trust, resolve challenges, and ensure clients continue to see value in their relationship with Tiny Spoon Chef.

Compensation

Wage: $50,000-$54,000

Bonus based on quarterly KPI's

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a start time around 8:00 AM MST end time 5:00 PM MST. Some evening work is required, and an additional hour on Sundays may be needed for time-sensitive correspondence follow-up on rotation with the Client Success Team. While this is a fully remote position, you may be required to travel to in-person meetings 1-2 times a year.

Please note that we use E-Verify to electronically confirm Form I-9 information to verify employee's identity and employment eligibility.

  • Own the Client Experience - Own the client relationship from Sales handoff through ongoing service, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, strong chef-client match, and proactive support through the first five visits and beyond.
  • Strengthen Relationships & Drive Retention - Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, personalized support, and regular engagement that keeps clients satisfied, active, and committed to long-term service.
  • Manage Communication & Resolve Concerns - Serve as the trusted bridge between clients, chefs, and TSC, setting clear expectations, facilitating effective communication, managing logistics, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
