Job description

Litigation Management, Inc. (LMI) is seeking a relationship-driven professional to support long-term growth within the insurance defense market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the legal landscape and thrives on building trusted partnerships rather than transactional sales.
The Key Client Strategist is responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with insurance defense firms, carriers, and legal departments. You will serve as a trusted advisor—identifying client needs, aligning LMI’s services with emerging litigation trends, and expanding partnerships through thoughtful, consultative engagement.
This role focuses on account development, strategic growth, and market positioning within the insurance defense industry.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key insurance defense clients and prospects
  • Understanding client litigation trends, staffing challenges, and operational goals
  • Developing strategic growth plans for assigned accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
  • Representing LMI at industry conferences and professional associations
  • Contributing to revenue growth through relationship expansion and strategic opportunities
Qualified candidates will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, strategic account management, or business development
  • Experience in legal services or insurance defense
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence
  • Ability to navigate complex client environments and build credibility with attorneys and claims professionals
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify long-term growth opportunities
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base salary plus commission.
LMI offers a professional, growth-oriented environment where collaboration, integrity, and strategic thinking are valued. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in expanding partnerships within the insurance defense sector while working closely with executive leadership.
