We are hiring for a Client Service Executive to work with risk management solutions to our growing client base. Do you have employee benefits experience working for a broker? Do you enjoy working with Large Groups and are highly proficient in the self-funding insurance arena? Are you an attention-to-detail type of person who feels correctness is key? The Client Service Executive acts as a subject matter expert on client support, providing advanced client support to a large and critical book of business and guiding other account service professionals in their work. The position requires independent judgment, a high level of expertise and advanced skill in developing client strategies. In accordance with the seniority of the role, the Client Service Executive possesses advanced skills including industry forecasting, carrier and industry relationship management, and advanced client retention strategies.

The ideal candidate is skilled and enjoys managing high responsibility and providing account management leadership to your clients and your colleagues. You are an industry subject matter expert and are skilled in leveraging your knowledge to create broad agency strategies, including leveraging forecasting to inform future action. You are able to lead, manage, influence, and mentor others at various levels in the team, from junior team members to agency leaders and peers.

The Client Service Executive is accountable for expanding existing relationships and delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of client accounts of moderate to high complexity. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. The CS Executive's primary areas of focus are; supporting the business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service function, independently managing accounts of increasing complexity, growing revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional business opportunity via cross-selling & up-selling, driving client service cycle, delivering high quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices, and achieving operational productivity and performance metrics consistently.

Further responsibilities include; growing and profitably managing an assigned group of client accounts successfully, building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care, seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects, and securing existing business and actively driving the sale of additional services. Acts as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison. Provides oversight in the sale of products/services by enhancing sales or services to prospects and existing accounts. May offer training, development, and or supervision to lower-level staff.

Required: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Insurance knowledge. H&L experience preferred.
