The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager of Transition Solutions, the Client Onboarding Managerserves as the primary point of accountability for the launch of our project-based staffing services, leading projects from concept to execution to post-launch. This role partners closely with internal teams and healthcare clients to deliver exceptional service, achieve project objectives, and ensure operational excellence throughout the implementation of our staffing services.
The Client Onboarding Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes. Success in this role requires strong project execution, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders while navigating complex challenges and competing priorities.
You will be an integral part of the team at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, collaborating with internal production teams and healthcare leaders nationwide to deliver critical staffing coverage and workforce solutions.
This position is based on-site in Windham, New Hampshire.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Act as the initial primary point of contact to manage and oversee staffing projects from kickoff to launch.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, driving accountability, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of key milestones.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients by providing strategic guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate challenging conversations with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and maintain positive working relationships
  • Manage the tasks and implementation processes associated with project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage critical deadlines to support successful project launches, including recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and orientation milestones.
  • Create and deliver client project materials, including implementation kick off decks, weekly status reports, operational handbooks, and quarterly business reviews (QBR).
  • Communicate project progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Identify project risks, barriers, and challenges and develop effective solutions that support successful execution of the staffing project.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project best practices, success stories, and reference materials to support future implementations and business development efforts.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of external client-facing experience with demonstrated success managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience leading projects and driving results through cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across stakeholders while skillfully managing conflict, navigating complex conversations, and driving resolution
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel required, approximately 2-3 trips per quarter.
