Associate Director, Advertiser Solutions - Agencies or Brands
Are you a strategic sales leader with a deep understanding of agency or brand partnerships and programmatic advertising? Do you thrive on building long-term relationships and driving business growth? PubMatic is seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Advertiser Solutions to expand our advertiser partnerships and optimize revenue opportunities.
About the Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you play a pivotal role in executing PubMatic's advertiser sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing new relationships, managing high-value clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the success of our programmatic solutions. Your expertise in digital advertising, combined with a strategic approach to client engagement, will enable you to drive long-term growth and impact.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive sales growth, expanding platform adoption across key agency and brand partnerships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Refine and execute PubMatic's advertiser sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships, leveraging your industry expertise and network to enhance agency and brand engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide ongoing client consultation, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize advertiser performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Ad Solutions, and Product Management to develop and execute strategic programs.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned on strategic objectives.

Who You Are:
  • Experienced Sales Leader: 7+ years in sales or business development within digital advertising, preferably with a Publisher, AdTech platform, DSP, or SSP.
  • Established Industry Network: Strong relationships across agencies and brands, with a proven ability to develop and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Programmatic Advertising Expert: Deep understanding of programmatic buying models, including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and auction-based solutions.
  • Data-Driven & Strategic: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong Presenter & Negotiator: Skilled in crafting compelling presentations and confidently navigating complex deal negotiations.
  • Collaborative & Agile: A proactive, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Compensation And Benefits:
Base + Bonus Compensation Range: $225,000-$365,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the cash compensation for this role. The actual amount may vary based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, PubMatic offers a competitive benefits package.
