Client Operations manages the infrastructure that protects and grows Amplifi's revenue, ensuring accurate recognition, compliant processes, and operational rigor. New Business & Growth shapes compelling Amplifi offerings for pitches, clearly positioning our capabilities to win.

The Associate Director, Solutions plays a key role in driving the positioning, commercialization, and adoption of dentsu.Audiences solutions. This role partners closely with Client Success, Media, Commercial, and Solutions teams to identify growth opportunities, support client
engagement, and accelerate revenue through audience-led offerings. The Associate Director will contribute to dentsu.Audiences' go-to-market strategy, solution development, and performance tracking to ensure successful adoption across clients and the broader dentsu network.
In this position, you will report to the Director, Solutions - dentsu. Audiences.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the go-to-market strategy and positioning of dentsu.Audiences solutions, ensuring clear value propositions, sales narratives, and market differentiation.
• Partner with Client Success, Media, Commercial, and Solutions teams to identify, package, and sell dentsu.Audiences solutions, driving adoption and net-new revenue growth.
• Serve as a dentsu. Audiences subject matter expert, supporting client engagements, growth opportunities, new business efforts, and complex solution design.
• Evaluate market trends, client needs, and competitive developments to inform solution innovation, audience strategy, and future growth opportunities.
• Develop client-facing materials, case studies, and internal enablement resources that accelerate understanding, adoption, and commercialization of dentsu.Audiences offerings.
• Collaborate with activation, data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure solutions are operationalized effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Track solution performance, revenue growth, and adoption metrics while driving cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement across dentsu.Audiences initiatives.
• Represent dentsu.Audiences, one of multiple Amplifi solutions, internally and externally through client engagements, industry events, thought leadership, and strategic partner relationships.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in media, sales, or strategy within a complex, fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role, preferably with exposure to product development or go-to-market strategy.
• Experience supporting the development/launch of successful products and solutions, including managing strategic partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of the media industry and a strong understanding of trading divisions, partnerships, and commercial dynamics.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is 114K- 120K. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
