Printelect is a dynamic and well-established regional election technology & services company with a proven track record in ballot printing, mail services, and a diverse portfolio of election products. We partner with local governments throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to provide products, services, and support for the administration of Federal, State, and local elections.
Compensation and Location:

Compensation for this position is set at a range of $55,000-60,000.00 per year. This is a salaried, exempt position. This positionโ€™s salary will be commensurate with levels of demonstrated experience.
Applicants for this position must be located within 20 miles of our Garner, North Carolina facility.

All business-related expenses (travel, lodgings, etc.) will be covered by Printelect.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Gather jurisdictional data for use in elections software programs.
  • Create relevant files and documentation using Microsoft Office.ย 
  • Perform ongoing communications with customers handling requests and needs quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and work output.
  • Provide software and hardware support through learned troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a cohesive end product.
  • Participate in on-going education to improve product knowledge and service skills.
  • Manage tight production deadlines while maintaining work accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive office environment through team building and purposeful company interactions.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two yearsโ€™ work experience in a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service or elections is desired, but all industry-related knowledge will be included in the training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
