Description
Business Services Coordinator
Status: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour, depending on experience
Work Arrangement: Currently hybrid; transition to fully remote between late fall and year-end.
Role Overview
This position will support the Executive Director of Business Services and the key functions within the Business Services Department: Procurement, Facilities, and Fleet.
The role will continue some traditional corporate administrative responsibilities as we transition while expanding to provide coordination and administrative support across the Business Services functions.
Primary Responsibilities
• Corporate compliance support, documentation, and filing
• Insurance administration and certificates of insurance
• Corporate travel, lodging, rental vehicles, and reservations
• Records and document management
• Administrative and coordination support for Procurement, Facilities, and Fleet
• Tracking deadlines, renewals, requests, and action items
• Vendor and outside partner coordination
• Data gathering, reporting, and maintaining department trackers
• Project and process support as the Business Services Department continues to develop
Experience
• 2-4 years of administrative, business support, or coordinator experience preferred
• Experience supporting multiple managers or business functions
• Exceptional resourcefulness and independent problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated follow-through
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working directly with vendors and outside business partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Experience with procurement, facilities, fleet, insurance, compliance, or vendor management is a plus
Remote Work
The position is currently hybrid and will transition to fully remote between late fall and year-end. The employee must have a dedicated home workspace suitable for professional and confidential work and reliable high-speed internet. Company computer hardware and necessary equipment will be provided.
