Job description

Lympha Press, a leader in home compression therapy, is offering an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic team as Client Services Associate.

As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient case development and equipment order preparation for durable medical equipment. This Client Services Associate will support our Client Service Specialists. This position will be in-office.

Lympha Press is an industry-leading and award-winning organization specializing in home compression therapy products. For over 40 years, Lympha Press has produced the most well-regarded dynamic compression therapy systems and helped patients all over the world with lymphedema, venous insufficiency, and lipedema manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate closely with the Client Services Specialist to streamline and support the order processing workflow. 
  • Assist with follow-up tasks, including patient engagement calls and coordinating with prescribers to obtain outstanding paperwork.
  • Perform patient intake, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of medical necessity information in the system. 
  • Request, review, and document pertinent medical records from physician offices to ensure all necessary information is collected. 
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal team members to ensure smooth operations and resolution of any issues. 
  • Participate in traditional and e-learning program.
  • Work effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.
  • Perform all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     


Job Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on being polite, friendly, helpful and courteous with all internal and external stakeholders.   
  • Must have the ability to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Must demonstrate proficient ability and practical knowledge of computers, software, and other office equipment
  • Knowledge of insurance guidelines; DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience is a plus.  
  • Additionally, the applicant is expected to demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of departmental program structure (Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements) and department policies and procedures
  • Must demonstrate proficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment with unscheduled interruptions while maintaining acceptable judgment, responsibility, and assumption for decisions, consequences, and results.
