Private Client Services Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Direct Counsel represents a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Services Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Private Client Services Group.

The Role
  • Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate and tax planning.
  • Handle complex trust and estate administration, including trust modifications and decanting.
  • Advise on business interests, unique assets, transfer tax matters, and family office structures.
  • Assist with tax controversy matters before the IRS.
  • Work directly with clients and experienced attorneys on sophisticated private client matters.
Qualifications
  • 4โ€“6 years of trust and estate planning/administration experience.
  • Strong transactional and estate planning background.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.
