Client Services Associate - Wealth Management

Join a rapidly growing wealth management firm in Chicago, IL that combines a client-first mission with an exceptional team culture. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven Client Services Associate to serve as a primary touchpoint for our high-net-worth clients. This hybrid role offers direct mentorship, clear pathways for long-term career growth, and the flexibility of working both in-office and remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Prepare, process, and track crucial financial paperwork, including new account applications and asset transfers.
  • Coordinate and schedule client review meetings, managing advisor calendars to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain flawless, compliant client records within the firm CRM and internal databases.
  • Collaboratively resolve complex operational issues with custodians and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of operational or client service experience within wealth management, financial planning, or banking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with modern wealth management technology, financial software, and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
