Job description

We are seeking a Wellness (Sales) Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Employment comes with a free Premier Membership as well as the opportunity to earn commission through membership sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell memberships and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Laundry and flipping rooms between clients 
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

  • Preferably have sales, customer service, or other related experiences (work or in school for related services)
  • Familiarity with POS system a plus
