Client Service Associate โ€” Sandy Springs


We are an independent, fee-only wealth management and financial planning firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our growing team.


The CSA will be a key point of contact for clients and will work closely with our advisors and operations team to deliver an organized, responsive, high-touch client experience. Weโ€™re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at following through.


Key Responsibilities


* Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs

* Manage client onboarding, account openings, maintenance, transfers, and other Schwab paperwork and workflows

* Track client requests and coordinate with advisors and operations through completion

* Maintain accurate client information in Wealthbox CRM

* Manage tasks, follow-ups, meeting preparation, and other administrative needs

* Anticipate advisor and client needs and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks

* Assist with special projects and firm initiatives as needed


What Weโ€™re Looking For


* 2+ years of client service experience in wealth management or financial services

* Prior experience working with Charles Schwab Advisor Services is required

* Experience with a CRM system; Wealthbox experience is a plus

* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

* Proactive, professional, warm, and genuinely enjoys helping clients and teammates
