Takaful Wealth Management is seeking a highly client-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a trusted resource for clients, proactively supporting their needs, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal.

WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this candidate. The selected individual will be an employee of Takaful Wealth Management.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
  • Schedule: Typically 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (flexible)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Compensation:
    • Hourly: $25/hour
    • Estimated Annual Range: $30,000 - $40,000

Position Overview

This role serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful support across all aspects of their health insurance plans. You will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering a high-touch service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a dedicated, responsive point of contact for client inquiries related to coverage, claims, and plan administration
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication and proactive outreach
  • Maintain regular client touchpoints, including quarterly check-ins to assess satisfaction and evolving needs
  • Address client concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution

Client Onboarding & Experience

  • Guide new clients through a smooth and supportive onboarding process
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
  • Clearly explain plan options, benefits, and costs to help clients make informed decisions
  • Oversee enrollment, ensuring all documentation is complete and the implementation process is seamless

Client Retention & Renewal Support

  • Proactively engage clients 90 days ahead of renewal to schedule reviews and discuss options
  • Analyze renewal changes and present competitive alternatives focused on value and cost savings
  • Help clients navigate plan adjustments or mid-year changes with ease
  • Reinforce client confidence by anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful recommendations

Service Coordination & Issue Resolution

  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve claims, service issues, and administrative matters
  • Escalate complex issues as needed and follow through to ensure timely resolution
  • Partner with internal leadership on high-touch or complex client situations
  • Work with consultants on specialized cases and larger group solutions

Administrative Excellence

  • Accurately document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records
  • Follow established processes to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Coordinate with office administrator to support organized and efficient record management
  • Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of client service delivery

Qualifications

  • Active IL Life and Health insurance license (preferred)
  • Experience in client service, account management, or relationship-based roles (health insurance or benefits industry required)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
