About the Role
100% remote within Illinois insurance job opening for an Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist. This position is with an independent insurance agency located in the Chicago area. You work with small benefits groups (typically 2-50 lives) on enrollments, claims, changes, renewals, and other daily client service needs.
Skills & Experience
This position requires at least one year (1) of experience working with life and health insurance products with an understanding of policy management, changes/additions, billing, the renewal cycle, and enrollment processes
