FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Client Services Representative position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.
 
Job Summary:  The Client Service Representative is our main point of contact for our clients and displays a high level of customer service while working in a fast paced call center. 
 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to) 
  • Assist with updates to client data in multiple online software programs, including service location addresses, client contacts, vendor contacts, and material purchases
  • Receive and take appropriate action for incoming phone calls and emails for service requests for clients
  • Create, assign and issue preventative and on-demand work orders for all clients
  • Obtain approval from clients for on-demand work order costs
  • Dispatch vendors to perform general repairs and maintenance, providing assigned work order information
  • Follow up and update all work order requests according to the service level agreement
  • Maintain electronic filing system for all clients
  • Assist Client Manager with standard reports for all clients
  • Generate and send open and completed work order reports to Client Manager weekly
  • Train vendors on work order and invoicing requirements and procedures
  • Respond to after hours service calls when scheduled

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Physical Requirements: 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
