KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a welcoming, high-quality hospitality experience for clients, research assistants, and participants in an on-site environment.

  • Greet, engage, and assist participants, research assistants, and clients while building positive, professional relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Review project materials, accurately enter and maintain data, and prepare detailed reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactively identify and address client and participant needs, resolving concerns professionally and utilizing effective de-escalation techniques when necessary.

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a fast-paced, friendly, and professional workplace environment.

  • Perform reception, administrative, hospitality, and other support duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Education:
