IMKO and our local Siouxland Client, have an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This client has multiple businesses within their organization. The Customer Service Representative must be a self-starter/motivated, and focused.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities are/not be limited to:
  1. Inbound/Outbound Calls
  2. Greet guests as they enter their facility.
  3. Data Entry
  4. Assisting Customers with sales of awards, banners, signage, t shirts, jackets, polos and more.
  5. Answer questions, resolve customer concerns.
  6. Call Customer when orders are ready for pick up.
  7. Typing orders.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
  1. Microsoft Word / Excel Skills/ QuickBooks
  2. Customer Service skills
  3. Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Time management skills
